No Person life , after joining this company . Work life balance is imbalanced. They want you to work on weekends also, This company is not good for freshers because no training will be given to them and company will expect you to work like experienced , if you will not be able to satisfy their expectations they will simply fire you , no job security.

Joined-in as just another developer starting his carreer, but Albanero helped me to become a professional and exposed me to a lot of apportunities. You will get to learn 3x and if you are consistent you will be earning 3x.

As its startup, there will be lot of tight deadlines and work pressure, but at the same time you will grow as a developer and professional along with orgranization.

It's really hard to sustain here as so much of work load with respect to weekend support, but hard part no one would support you, as senior will be there , but there are unto them self , so don't expect any thing from them.. Worst part is oral abuse infront of other peers as there should have some limits for everything... So the main question is how you can sustain here is, work for 14 hours, support weekends, and don't expect support from others, important is control everything when you got to any oral abuse... Important to note don't fall for gimik like 5 star review and as there were also posted by them self or else under director supervision.There is new things happening like gifts and others stuff to prove there are providing healthy culture.... Note: If u really want to work here follow above rule or else sudden termination, in all of these good part is you will be coming out with good knowledge, but all comes with high cost like your mental and physical health.....Read More

Everything is excellent here. The best startup to work with. My best decision was to join Albanero. It does have little more work load but that is the case with any other startup. The learning experience is amazing. Before joining Albanero I was just a manual QA, but the organisation and the leads were very supportive and helped me in gaining more knowledge. Today, just after an year, I can confidently say I have expertise in API testing, have learnt Python scripting. I had a tremendous skill upgrade. Work life balance - but it’s more like I need to learn to manage this as be it this or any other startup, the expectation is to work more than normal 9-6 jobs. Nothing great comes in life without putting the extra effort. If you want to be different and ahead of the crowd of 9-6 jobs, if you have big dreams for yourself and are ready to put in that little extra. This is the best place.
