It was my kind of first job. I just had 4 months of experience before joining it. I feel people who work hard are given importance. When they see your problem or illness is genuine and you are serious towards your responsibilities then they considers it , without any negotiation from your end . Stay Away From Politics and focus on your work.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Less learning opportunities . Less salary . But not bad to work there in initial stage of your career.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
