It's all Good.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good,they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Political issues in this company and Opportunities is zero.

Work Details

As a medical Officer prevention and cure the patient.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
