Likes

overall experience is average, profile given to me is restricted, nothing much to learn. Akums have 10 hrs working from Monday to Saturday so work life balance is zero.

Dislikes

stressful working hours and no job security. people used to play dirty politics.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
