Likes

The company is innovative and readily adopt latest technology. I love the part of a team that makes reliable, high quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from different backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like to employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Only one point I mark company taking a good decision but too late.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
