As it's a new organisation promotions are very often released

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Station level management is little bossy and do not want to give opportunity for growth to the bottom level designations. Don't even appreciate new ideas from downline staff

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
