Production is a joke here. Interns and 7 months freshers have access to production accounts and data. No WFH in an IT department, in an IT department. Whole company has wfh, even managers have wfh but people who deserve the most have to come to office. All seniors(freshers only but have to take workload of a senior) here are always crying and nagging about the culture, while its true but that has made me feel like am also going to end up soon like that. Am already feeling depressed.
