Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. There is literally nothing to like here. I stayed for over two years and found nothing to like.

Dislikes

Its a long list. 1. Interview experience was nothing to speak about. Only personal questions were asked. 2. Management is super miserly and the policies they have regarding bonus, paid leave and office timings is the worst. 3. Some members of the management are very creepy to the extent that they should be in prison under POSH Act. 4. HR is downright pathetic. Deducts amounts from salary for being even 1 minute late to office irrespective of the reason 5. There was an IT raid in January and Accounts team members was dragged from homes and brought to office and questioned for 5-6 days. The management showed zero compassion for us. 6. Has some extremely weird policies like cannot eat snacks at desk, minutes deduction for coming late or leaving early even if you do overtime on other days you are not compensated for it. 7. Will do the worst calculation for bonus and come with a formula to ensure the least payout. 8. Increment and Appraisal is a joke even though they are minting in crores every year. 9. The entire office has CCTV cameras covering every inch and feels like a prisoner working. 10. Ladies washroom is shared with the management and it's very creepy and awkward to use....Read More
