If you want to protect your professional career and experience, please keep away yourself from Ajlan & Bros. Holding Group Company Abilitii. They are in the business of spoiling career of employees and they terminate job contracts within few days or months from date of joining without assigning reasons. Very unfriendly and unprofessional hire and fire approach. Nothing to do with performance or non-performance. Most of the time CXO are hired and within few days or months, they are fired by either giving reason that we donot need you or not moving ahead with business venture for which you were hired. HR is toothless non functional department engaged in only fish catching....Read More

Termination of employment contract within 3 days to 1 month or 3 months or 6 months and maximum 1 year is the duration of service for most of the employees and particularly CXO are joining on day to day basis and termination happens on the same way for them. Company is playing with the career of senior level employees from all over the world, be he is European, Indian, Americans as well as local. Employees are hired by the company without having business road maps and senior level executives & CXO are expected to deliver results within 2-3 months where no element of new business exist, be it in Power, Water, Food, Mining or Solar etc., They keep posting news articles of entering in new business or signing of multi billion business ventures/MOUs on LinkedIn but in reality, this is publicity stunt only. Most of the Ex-employees prefer to omit the name of Ajlan & Bros.Holding Group Co. Abilitii from their public profiles or Linked In profiles because of bad patch in their career progression....Read More
