My opinions are based for Ajanta International - Andheri. The office Infrastructure, Annual increment percentage, entry package negotiations, except sometimes no taking your work to home, Sat-Sun complete weekoff. Big vision friendly screens are offered apart from laptop to save your eyes from strain and blue light along with external keyboard and mouse if required.

Dislikes

Employee policies need to be worked a lot. Your whole salary is taxable and their are no components like sodexo, uniform to save you from taxes. You have only 24 paid leaves + 12 govt holidays annually. Punching time has now 2 hours bracket, previously it was only 15 mins. If you are late > 3 times a month your half day salary will be deducted. They have strict 9 hours/ day working policy. Even a deviation of single minute will cost you a half day. I have establish IT documentation dept and served 3.5yrs. f you get a chance to work with IT department at mumbai location, than jus grab the opportunity. Suportive managment /Leadership. Flexiablity and liberty to perform the task. Dept gives Family and health as equally importance. Dept encourage continuing education/certification if individual wants to pursue. Friendly environment.

No hybrid or WFH oppotunity but this can be kept aside as IT dept culture will make u feel like a family for 9hrs.

1. No job security, you will repeatedly get Harrasing Official Emails from the HOD. 2. No respect towards employees. 3. Will officially email you and order you to work for 12 hours a day. 4.
