Currently company is not in good financial condition. Poor leadership, very poor mindset towards the employee, no HOD' are there, all HOD's are on notice period. Poor HR policies.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policy are good, appraisal are fair.
