Likes

Excellent work environment and culture.Teammates are very friendly and supportive.company policies are good and well.and they give good salary hike and bonus for festivals.and expenses for any out of station sites also.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues in some cases.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that i am a part of a team that makes me reliable

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire projects.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
