There're not much of growth opportunities in the company. However, job security is there. Work culture is good as far as my colleagues are concerned, they're helpful and understanding. Overall, from learning and compensation prospective, APB is not a good place.

Growth and compensation is poor. Management is hierarchical to some extent. Many public holidays are avoided.

It's good if you're strong enough. Initially I would have to work for 13 hours a day. Once I took it up, and learnt to speak for myself, my work-life balance is quite maintained

The CTO from Google thinks if something worked in Google then it should work here as well without considering the ground realities. He is a whimsical man. Career growth is poor and too much politics. No innovation. Do not join in Technology.
