Pathetic overall. No policies, no promotion. Airbnb should have a policy of promoting people. This is the first company where there is no policy of internal promotions. Only outsider hiring. The management is uneducated, illiterate and require people with less talent work wise but more of licking nature.

The company is considerate in employee service appreciation by sending gifts, cards with thoughtful messages which makes an employee feel like a community member.

Dislikes

Management can be unsupportive towards new employees who are struggling with bieng accepted by existing employees. There may be an alarming and obvious experience of groupisim that sometimes condones unprofessional and school like behavior amongst leaders. earlier when I joined 5 years back, the work life balance was great. The company was mostly looking after employee satisfaction. However, with recent changes in the entire management team, and replacing all the tenured management persons, the company is not a great place to work

I worked for Airbnb for over 4 Years and overall, it was a good experience.. The company culture is good. The Team spirit and bonding among colleagues made it easy place to work.

Dislikes

There are few areas where Airbnb could improve. While the work envirnment was positive but the salary wasn't competitive as especially considering the demands of the job. Additionally the majority of shifts were the night.
