The india staff is paid almost half the allowance benefits that the rest of the global workforce gets including employee credits and education allowances, the cfo who is also the head of employee experience snubbed all the indians in a recent town hall when they asked why they are not at par with the rest of their colleagues as the work they do is the same. cfo basically said you are already paid more than market value and will not get paid more. Disrespectful and rude. Also the teams are "global" but you'll never see an american being flexible with their working hours while my team in India is expected to be online till 1AM. we pushed it back to 10PM but it's ridiculous.
