I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The only thing I disliked about (not the company) but one of the Team member I got to work with - SANTOSH P. This guy is a pain to work with, I was shocked as in how he was able to clear n number of culture rounds with Airbnb. He is full of negativity and can never uplift any one. He could be a good IC but definitely not a peoples manager. I can write endlessly about this person but would prefer to stop here. I worked for Airbnb for over 4 Years and overall, it was a good experience.. The company culture is good. The Team spirit and bonding among colleagues made it easy place to work.

Dislikes

There are few areas where Airbnb could improve. While the work envirnment was positive but the salary wasn't competitive as especially considering the demands of the job. Additionally the majority of shifts were the night.

The India setup has grown fast at a fast pace and its mostly lateral hiring- culture comes form its people and if one doesnt intentionally care and work on the culture and values, these can very quickly disappear. India capability centre has grown at a rapid pace in last 3 years and not only has there been waning attention and investment in culture and values but the kind of practices which are there now are contrary to what built the culture.
