The only thing I disliked about (not the company) but one of the Team member I got to work with - SANTOSH P. This guy is a pain to work with, I was shocked as in how he was able to clear n number of culture rounds with Airbnb. He is full of negativity and can never uplift any one. He could be a good IC but definitely not a peoples manager. I can write endlessly about this person but would prefer to stop here. earlier when I joined 5 years back, the work life balance was great. The company was mostly looking after employee satisfaction. However, with recent changes in the entire management team, and replacing all the tenured management persons, the company is not a great place to work

I worked for Airbnb for over 4 Years and overall, it was a good experience.. The company culture is good. The Team spirit and bonding among colleagues made it easy place to work.

Dislikes

There are few areas where Airbnb could improve. While the work envirnment was positive but the salary wasn't competitive as especially considering the demands of the job. Additionally the majority of shifts were the night.
