Company vision and Coulter’s is amazing (excluding India). Benefits and perks are great One of the best brands for sure

Dislikes

Leadership in India is not a good match to the actual Airbnb culture & vision. Biased, favouritism is very high and you can only grow if you will do what they do(politics and buttering)

Worst culture and not an employee centric company. If you raise a concern to the management they will find your fault and will not talk about the raised issues and make you leave the company even though you are achieving your targets. Ciona Raman is a worst manager and company should take some action against here as she is taking personal revenge through her position in the company. She doesn’t know how to work and ask team cordinators to do her work and those who does that get benefit of it. She never listen to suggestions and consider all the employees as her slave. Higher management people hire their relatives or known in the company and this is how recruitment works here. My suggestion would be not to join this company as management is toxic in claims especially because of Ciona Raman. I urge Brian Chesky to look into this department otherwise no employee will join this company....Read More

I worked for Airbnb for over 4 Years and overall, it was a good experience.. The company culture is good. The Team spirit and bonding among colleagues made it easy place to work.

Dislikes

There are few areas where Airbnb could improve. While the work envirnment was positive but the salary wasn't competitive as especially considering the demands of the job. Additionally the majority of shifts were the night.
