Management people are very interfering.they don’t respect doctors. They try to teach the doctors how they should treat their patients. Terrible place to work.

It was bit difficult in the starting but everything is set now and it's very proud moment when there is a appreciation from the patients from relatives for being there to help them out for their healthy life decisions.

I like about aims is canteen only

In AIMS hospital, I worked hardly for 1 year only due to heavy work (They mentioned 8 hr work+ 2 hr charity) along with low salary as well as no leave, expenditure and I worked for more than 1 hr job in pharmacy with shortage of money due to crowd of patients and targets. It could be a terrible experience for me. Even I had to get money from my parents due to low salary and heavy shortage.
