I am founder member of AiMS but still I have no job satisfaction, no job security, no pay raise from last four years.

There is a lot of politics, management doesn’t address our issues. salary is decent but no pay raise from last four years and paid not in time as well. No careers growth.

suggestions of general surgeon and urolgist doctor is great amazing or experinced.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

In AIMS hospital, I worked hardly for 1 year only due to heavy work (They mentioned 8 hr work+ 2 hr charity) along with low salary as well as no leave, expenditure and I worked for more than 1 hr job in pharmacy with shortage of money due to crowd of patients and targets. It could be a terrible experience for me. Even I had to get money from my parents due to low salary and heavy shortage.
