Aimlay offers a dynamic work environment with plenty of learning opportunities. The senior management is always encouraging, and they provide constructive feedback. I’ve been able to grow a lot in my role and have had chances to take on additional responsibilities, which is great for career development.

When i joined aimlay, i got product training which was very beneficial in my sales. the training sessions gave me product knowledge and several sales weapons which was very necessary to make a sale. other than the training, my seniors were also very supportive. And not only this, i really enjoy birthday bash events, fueling fridays and many more events.
