Higher officials are very supportive in all tasks assigned. Highly encouraging environment for work. TL, QA and DM are very understanding. No pressure environment(very rare if completed the tasks within EDD). Work-life balance.

There is nothing that anyone can like about Aimlay. The company is a perfect example of "Extreme Capitalism." This company never credits full salary to its employees, especially the WFH ones. Being an employee in this company for almost 5 months, I never received full salary in any month. Even after complaining and requesting for myhard-earned salary to the higher authorities, I didn't receive my last month's salary yet. Not to speak of resolving your problems, there is no one in the company to listen to your agonies....Read More

At the time of joining, the company promises various kinds of incentives, for instance, 20% extra amount on your files (if it is approved by the client in a single attempt), extra payment on urgent basis files, etc. etc. But when you asked for incentives, they have the expertise in diverting the matter, especially the manager of theTW department. That person will never give you clear and direct answers. To cut in short, be aware before joining this company. If in case, you join it, be ready for not receiving full salary even after completing the monthly target, not getting CLs (because as per company norms', WFH people can't avail leaves because they don't work enough for getting leaves), to end your personal life, to devote your Sundays and other holidays to the company, to work under an arbitrary type of management (because your monthly target will be increased without even informing you or discussing with you), and of course, the deadly deadlines (for instance, correcting thesis in a single day, doesn't matter how much time it requires, and mind it, most probably, you might need to fight for your payment on these types of correction files). Besides, be ready for managing your word counts (i.e., your account of monthly target) by yourself, otherwise, you wouldn't be able to fight for your salary every month. Because different departments of the company like to play blame-games after not crediting full salary. Mind it, you can be asked for paying visit to the office, whenever it requires. No matters you have been hired on WFH profile. Be ready to work like a "Robot". Nope .... in fact, "Under-paid Robot". You will be required to work 24*7....Read More

When i joined aimlay, i got product training which was very beneficial in my sales. the training sessions gave me product knowledge and several sales weapons which was very necessary to make a sale. other than the training, my seniors were also very supportive. And not only this, i really enjoy birthday bash events, fueling fridays and many more events.
