Excellent features for freshers to explore and learn new things, good company and infrastructure. I came here as a fresher and learned a lot about healthcare . you may strengthen your communication abilities with supportive aid and take it to another level.

Salary and benefits, Promotions are very very low. If you work for years then no benefits in the company no promotions there. After resign don't expect good behaviour from manager as well as HR. New joinee ask not to talk with older one. Worst behaviour. No one listen about your concern.

The employees will get feedback on their work from seniors it has great help me learn from my mistake and grow in career.The work atmosphere and Infrastructrue are good even though there are little work pressure I couId still polish my skills by learning from the training moudles provided here
