Nothing engineer treated as fitter and men power sortej also no value of melting Mech dept work under electric dept.

1 year after notice period 3 month for every employee no salary benifits insurance is also you take then company give u and ctc every thing deduct from your salary no company give you any benifits far from city.

The team here has been absolutely fantastic, well this is my first ever job so I am short for comparing to other jobs, but People here are enthusiastic, energetic, responsive and overall everything's good.

Dislikes

Decision taking in AIA is quite a challenge, decisions can remain pending for almost 2 months, also work culture and environment sometimes demands more than what we sign up for.
