I'm writing to share my extremely disappointing experience working at ai airport services limited. During my tenure, I encountered numerous issues that made my time with the company frustrating and unproductive. Lack of proper management The management was highly inefficient, with poor communication and disorganized workflows. Decisions were often delayed or made arbitrarily, leading to confusion and unnecessary stress among employees. Toxic work environment Some toxic bosses continued to hold power even after retirement by getting rehired as consultants. They contribute nothing to the company but still receive salaries of over a lakh per month. Instead of working, they spend their time sitting on chairs, criticizing junior employees. Forced and uncompensated overtime Employees are forced to work unlimited over time without any compensation. The company exploits its workforce without any regard for their well being. Stagnant career growth There were minimal opportunities for growth or professional development. Promotions and appraisals were rarely based on merit, discouraging employees from putting in their best efforts. Unfair compensation and benefits The salary structure was not competitive and benefits were subpar. There was little to know incentive for employees to stay committed to the organization. Lack of employee welfare Basic facilities and employee welfare programs were neglected. Even fundamental needs like a proper working environment and equipment maintenance were not prioritized. Outdated and inefficient work culture In AIASL, Kolkata higher -level managers lack basic technical skills. Many do not even understand basic software like Excel, Relying entirely on paperwork. This results in the wastage of tonnes of paper, making work inefficient and outdated. Horrible leadership and workplace harassment The present general manager Of Kolkata has made the work environment even worse. His behavior is highly unprofessional filled with slags and insults towards employees He has even physically assaulted staff members in feats of rage Such an individual has no place in professional organization. A remarkable numbers of good staff are leaving this company because of him. Overall my experience at AIASL was extremely unsatisfactory. The company Is plagued with mismanagement exploitation and a toxic work culture. I would not recommend it as a workplace to anyone seeking a professional and ethical career....Read More

No discipline,no grooming standard, existing employees and few seniors never want to streamline things and sops ,no respect, dictatorship of duty Manager can be found.no respect for female staff even seniors . There is no fault of company but people working here are not updating to the mark

Provides transfer unnecessarily without any requests. Don't join AIASL as it is only on contract based company and gets expired very easily aganist the motion and only become direct staff forever that u never get expired forever
