There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Starting when I joined as fresher, I have faced some problems like understanding the requirements and take more time to run our test cases based on agile. I overcome it with confidence and communicate with everyone to solve the issues.
