1.) Poor management 2.) Some Unprofessional TPMs 3.) No appraisals for long 4.) No timing for work 5.) Lot of discriminations among employees (some strictly wfo someone doing wfh ) 6.) No process for project delivery. You will get Frequent re-releases with no reviews. 7.) Hr policies very bad, no insurance no any covers 8.)Rarely you will get help from seniors. Except some of good seniors as well 9.) No sync in between salary for employees as per experience. Someone with high experience nd more responsibilities getting very less someone with less responsibilities and less experience getting very high here 10.) During notice period they will hold salary from the day you resigned. Settlement also as per them is 45 days . 11.)After coming from office mostly need to support from home also, even on weekends and no compoff 12.)
