What is a dream Job? For me, work-life balance & the management who supports you in difficult times, a good environment, good pay, and always new learning. Everything is here. AgileSoft Systems, Inc. is the place where you can fulfill all of your dreams. I have completed 1.5 years in AgileSoft. And as per my experience, this is the best company to work with.

1. Freedom to include latest technologies/frameworks. 2. Good opportunity for juniors to take on complex projects. 3. Open door policy. 4. Small but enthusiastic teams

Dislikes

1. No professionalism. From CEO to CTO to your Tech Lead, everyone will speak using abusive vocabulary and bad words 2. No regards for personal life beyond the office hours. 3. A mandatory service bond of 2 years with 1 lakh of penalty even if you have generated millions for them 4. No respect for weekends or public holidays. You can be even asked to work at 4 AM . 5. No streamlined business process. No documented Jira tickets, no code quality checks, no architecture diagrams, nothing! 6. Verbal threats that you get while leaving the organisation. The moment you think of resigning, CTO will belittle you and make you think you are garbage. 7. Narcissism is rampant in top level management 8. Favouritism for couple of old timers. 9.
