No Developement plan for employees , Poor productline. Management has no future vision or Business plan for expansion , company growth is on decline YOY . Incompetent people are occupying management seats , VP Marketing , VP Sales , NSM Sales ,Marketing team . Zonal managers of North, Kerala & Gujrat are untouchable kings in their Domain , Often overrules management decesion. Sales team is raw only knows Dumping stock to distributors . Inhouse R & D and QC dept work in their own world , no connection to real market situations. Worst organization in IVD industry . Join if you dont have any opening....Read More
