My team of planning and advisory hasn't kicked out anyone during pandemic. The team is terrific except the managers.

Dislikes

The management is least concerned about the well being of employees. During pandemic, when work could be done at home they called our team to office. Also, the managers and hod are incompetent. Work load is not divided properly leading to poor results.
