The management also encourages us to build more skills with regular training programs and certifications. It si nice to learn more about the industry and expand my expertise. lastly being able to work from home when needed is really convenient

The focus on skills and performance for career advancement is what matters here. If you do well you will grow fast and get promoted. The work process is also important and we can openly share our feedback with the management if there are any issues. I never saw any kind of office politics till now

Working here has been exciting and full of opportunities. I oversee many major projects and it is challenging but rewarding. Everyone on the team is smart and easygoing. Work-life balance is also decent here. We have fixed working hours ample paid-off time and remote working on an exceptional basis

During my time here, I have learned a lot about cybersecurity, especially validating SSL certificates. There is complete freedom given to take charge and deliver results. This level of autonomy helped me to make decisions and build confidence

Nice industry exposure. I especially like that we deal with major global brands as it has helped me learn many new things. There are also new projects coming in so work never gets monotonous. You get to deal with different problems every day. Good for people looking long long-term career growth

My role includes handling SSL certificate validation and renewals, which can be quite detailed but I always got supo=ported by my team. Beyond that there are many internal growth opportunities and good working conditions.The work culture is all about learning and growing
