- Constant changes in leadership and organisational structure. -There is no defined cycle for increments and no defined policies for promotions. - Management lacks vision and proper business objective. They are arrogant, lacks empathy and highly egoistic. Work policies change at their whims and fancies. 2024 was a year with almostno clear business objective. -From a company with teams spread out across nations, it is now running like a local Indian company. The company was sold off to an Indian company in the same industry (Canam) this year and post that things have gone for a toss. The new management comprises of folks who have no work experience at all but just inherited the business in a nepotic way....Read More

Some colleagues are great to work with, many have left though. If you were to ask me to write this 2 years ago the list would have been a long one.

- Different teams have conflicting priorities, despite management insisting otherwise - Lack of collaboration between departments. Everyone's just trying to save themselves, really. - Poor communication and transparency from management. - No clear direction for the company, especially since the previous CEO, Ryan, stepped down and several senior execs left. And this year things have taken a turn for the worse since the company got acquired by an Indian firm and the new 'leaders' are people with little to no experience. - Budgeting is inconsistent - after interviewing candidates and launching initiatives, you're often told to halt everything due to the acquirer's directives. Basically hours and months spent for nothing. - Dictatorial management style - there's heavy micromanagement, and you're hired to follow instructions rather than contribute. Senior roles are often filled with junior staff to ensure compliance, not innovation. - High employee turnover - lot's of hiring, but mostly because more people are leaving. It's like a 3-for-1 deal: three employees leave, and one is hired to cover all their roles. - The company operates almost entirely manually - if you're expecting automation and modern tools in a 'tech' company, this isn't the place for you....Read More
