Work life balance of employees are highly valued in Advenser. You can leave office after 8 hours of work unless you have tight project schedule. Job security during pandemic was worth saying. Salaries are paid on time.

Dislikes

Salary scale and increment are much lesser compared to other reputed organisations in the same industry. Also you will have to work with same client projects for the whole career which makes you difficult to switch jobs due to insufficient knowledge. No health benefits to your family. Last but not the least is absence of good HR policies.

Company does not put an effort in Skill development in Employees. I have been working in Fab for like 5 years i have asked for works new softwares but still am getting more work in Fab. Career growth is slow
