Senior management are not sure about what path they want to go. Hire and fire policy is common. Last year they realized automation QA are not required, entire team was fired. This year they realised project manager were not required, instead scrum master will do. They fired entire PMs.

It is one of the worst mgmt I worked for. Company is going to get profit and earn money but due to poor mgmt personal good people won't survive here. So much politics and blame game happens here. PPL working for their ego and not for common goal of the company. Everybody wants to be boss here.
