Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-level Wintel, VMware, Exchange/O365, and MS Azure infrastructure environments.
• Design and implement high-availability solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical systems and services.
• Expertise in Wintel server administration, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS, DHCP, RDS and other roles and features.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, with experience in deploying and managing VMware vSphere environments.
• Strong understanding of Exchange/O365 administration, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and related services.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment and configuration management processes using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Lead the resolution of escalated technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement and enforce robust security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 12+ Years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level infrastructure environments.
• Experience with audit and compliance procedures
