We are looking for a Delivery Head (IT) with a strong development background in Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET Core, ReactJS, Azure).

JD:

A Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects or services within an organization. Their responsibilities typically include:

1. Project Management: They oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to predefined quality standards.
2. Resource Management: They allocate resources effectively, including human resources, equipment, and materials, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
3. Stakeholder Communication: They act as a primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
4. Risk Management: They identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them. This involves monitoring project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implementing contingency plans when necessary.
5. Quality Assurance: They ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards by establishing quality assurance processes, conducting reviews and audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Team Leadership: They provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: They track project performance metrics, such as cost, schedule, and quality, and provide regular reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.
8. Continuous Improvement: They identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Customer Satisfaction: They ensure that customer requirements are met and that the delivered solutions align with customer expectations.
10. Adherence to Standards and Best Practices: They ensure that project management methodologies, standards, and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

❗ Please apply only if:

• You have a minimum 8+ years of experience as a developer in .NET / ReactJS.
  
• Youve transitioned into a leadership or delivery management role, still retaining technical understanding.
  
• You have hands-on experience in Azure services, CI/CD, Agile delivery models.
