Working with Keyur who was a good team lead

Not giving salary to employees when they resign and if they ask for salary then they mentally harassing the employees and torture them during probation and threaten by fake legal notice as they know that the employee is suffering through financial crisis they will not take any action.

I worked in this toxic work environment for over a year. Bottomline: they never pay salaries on time. We are asked to treat clients unethically by hiring a candidate for one company and then within 2 months, they call the same candidate again, so again Adroit gets a commission second time for the same candidate. Almost every clients leave them on a bad note and then they delay employee salaries which makes Adroit HRs a worst place to work. Please beware....Read More
