Pay during promotions are not at par with company standards. There is no comp structure based on level. Manager gets less salary then his/her reportee.

Very Good place to work. Has good facilities and i have been a pat of HR team, I have thoroughly enjoyed my tenure with ADP, I got to learn and grow and express my ideas. The work culture is good and there is job security which is quite important aspect that employees look for. ADP is undoubtedly the best place to work.

Dislikes

Promotions are delayed , but surely people are recognised for their talent and rewarded with other perks than promotion.
