Great work-life balance, working culture is decent, good place to learn about insurance and how to work in general. Job security is very high.

Dislikes

Salary is easily the worst in the entire industry. Feels more like pocket money. Management isn’t rock-solid all the way. Promotions are best left forgotten. No yearly appraisals. Overall, a very good organisation to work for as long as you don’t care about earning a decent amount.

Csc , banca chanal me jo branch me jis bank me hai ( majdoor) wo uper wale ki Gali khata hai ,koi support usko milta nahi hai dipawali ,Holi ka paisa khata hai , koi travel allowance. It was nice to work with aditya birla, product of this company is far good as compared to competitor company. So it was easy to cater client and achieve sales targets.

Dislikes

There is nothing like not like thing in aditya birla, but ya girls get more priority then boys is the only constant, which is similar in this industry. So no need to mention.

It's a good company to work with the overall core values of the organisation is excellent.

The dislikes are very simple the management himself doesn't follow the core values that they ideally should be following. For few things there is no proper work culture. Certain things that they do is totally out of logic and even if it illogical they will still do it cause the management has decided to do so. Salary is not that competitive and we work for 14-15 hours to close everything. Sometimes you are required to work on weekends and theblast day of the month for which u are not compensated.
