Since it is one of the recently started companies in the AB group, one gets a lot of exposure to many things outside your JD. Massive learning opportunity if taken in right sense.

Processes and governance yet to mature. Entire focus has always been driving sales figures, which has now been seen moving also towards good governance policies. HR function is not up to the mark. Lack of enthusiasm to drive cultural events to keep employees engaged.
