Worst experience in Aditya Birla group.. Management is very bad, not at all supportive after doing hard work and KRA.. They don't have care for staff and managers.. Behaviour with female not good at all.. They don't want to support for leave also if family member hospitalised and someone is facing serious issue of health.. They don't want to gives training as well if someone joined their company.. After doing all work as per KRA still they don't want to support.. Doing partiality.. Seriously I don't want to give this feedback but I was suffering from last 1 year.. I needed job and my family depending on me that's the reason I was unable to leave the job. If we are gaining our knowledge continuesoly then nobody can stop our growth.. after that I was searching another job and left from Aditya Birla group.. You guys can't believe I didn't get good and satisfactory sleep from last 1 year. I thought that time one day I need go to mental hospital for treatment. for my family I was doing job.. I want tell you guys from the bottom of my heart if you are interested to join the Aditya Birla group please check your reporting manager please check.. Seriously I don't want to suffering anyone this situation, it's really very horrible.. This is my experience... Please don't join you will loose your health as well as happyness.. If you are interested please spend your some time with your reporting manager.. So many things I have but I am not able to write all things over here.....Read More
