one of the best company to work in retail domain .during your assignment you will get lot of opportunities to grow your skillsets,and career inside the organisation.this place is not for ppl who drag away themselves from work .. you will learn a lot.

Looking for a advice to choose the company

I'm currently working at Aditya Birla fashion in planning role of CTC 4.7 LPA in Bangalore . I got an opportunity in Decathlon for the role in supply chain of CTC 7.7L fixed ( 8.5L CTC ) in madurai - Tamilnadu. My only concern on location it's rural area . I'm on my confusion to accept or not ? Pls give some advice on this
