Working as a front line retail manager it is imperative to say that there are going to be challenges. What matters the most is the company values that are in place and how well they are being implemented in a large scale organization. Needless to say, the values and the ethics of ABG resonates throughout its business units. That is the best part of working in ABFRL.

Dislikes

At times there are situations when we need to work on multiple assignments simultaneously. Being a huge organisation, it becomes difficult for people to keep track of progress and ascertain specific time to detailed work and hence expectation levels are not matched everytime.

Looking for a advice to choose the company

I'm currently working at Aditya Birla fashion in planning role of CTC 4.7 LPA in Bangalore . I got an opportunity in Decathlon for the role in supply chain of CTC 7.7L fixed ( 8.5L CTC ) in madurai - Tamilnadu. My only concern on location it's rural area . I'm on my confusion to accept or not ? Pls give some advice on this
