At my joining time HR told me that Monday to Friday working days but when I joined I found that Monday to Saturday working days. And No Paid leaves at the time of COVID 30% salary deduction.

This company is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Initially, they lure you in with promises of long-term government projects and stable contracts, but these promises quickly prove to be false. Within a few months, the contracts end abruptly, and you are let go without warning. They offer no benefits, such as paid leave—only one leave day per month, which doesn’t carry over. Salary payments are also irregular, with no fixed dates. The HR department is highly unprofessional, rarely responding to calls, and you have to repeatedly request basic things like salary slips, which are not provided automatically. Once your contract ends, they claim they will call you back for future projects, but these promises are never kept. Ultimately, they jeopardize the careers of their employees....Read More
