The work culture but the new comers join this organisation they came from a BPO background and they're not following the company policy.

The office culture specially the new BPO managers came to this organisation n they are trying to ruin the work environment. Almost they did. Micro management. The most interesting part that the onshore team they're controlling every thing from US. They're are working from home but they're forcing the Indian employees to come to office. Almost everything. Nothing to like here Use and Throw policy. They credit the salary one week late. Don't have a common portal to check our leaves. Don't trust them and don't join, if you care about your career.

Not good framework for learning and growth for reporting members, managers are mostly self centred, hesitate to give projects to team members, mostly they take up all credit and want to do everything on own Especially HR department

If you are leaving Adecco India Pvt Ltd. Their So-called PF trust format sucks. Like they would literally make you run for your own PF money. You will not be able to get that trust money transferred to your Government PF account from them. You will end up emailling them and they will make you go round and round.
