My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. There's nothing I can say I like about company.

Dislikes

The Owner (calls himself CEO) Metally tortures and harasses to all the employees. Deducts salary for even 1 min late login and the logout time goes 2-3 hrs beyond, not a single employee can logout on time it goes beyond that. He compares and does partiality with employees. Takes meeting 4-5 or more than that and then he says start working. And you have to give every minutes of update for what are you doing what you did. If you take time for doing some work then he questions on it why are you taking time etc. He literally harasses his employees and mentally tortures. And you get no off even on Sunday's....Read More
