I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive .policies are good and they give salary in time +petrol charge+and even bonus time to time

The job is quite interesting.I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training.I learnt every on the job.I have to work in field collect related data's analysis them and feed them in department.Survey even all related villages.

I really enjoyed to work at ADC OFFICE. But i lost this job after few months of my joining. Due to this i am facing a lot of difficulties. Actually i was working at ADC OFFICE when i get engaged. But as i get married i lost this job due to this my in- laws started torturing me and i also victim of domestic violence .after 1 year of torture , one day they put me out of their home. Now i am living with my parents from 5 months. I have met with Honourable ADC sir 2 times. But i didn't get any job .I am suffering from a lot of difficulties , please help your employee in her difficult time. It is my married life concern please help me sir....Read More
