They provide a very dynamic environment, where we can learn . Its where you can find. a good people Manager, a leader who cares about employees wellbeing.

Following process is bit lagging, they try to streamline and fail in it because of no clear idea on how to proceed further . They speak of agile but the mindset is not agile and the env is good for a open minded people who simply focus on career and it's impossible to get a work life balance when you work for your happiness and the success of the project . You'll loaded more if work well.
