Good company....job satisfaction is 100% but the person who is working in fast culture may suffer here because 3rd party working employees are there adani employees are here for 70%supervisioning and 30% field working

Dislikes

Promotion are very late but you can workk here for long time because increment will be there every year...

autocratic nature, mistrust on employees, no backing of employees. No clarity on promotion and giving it to certain previlaged people in place of deserving people, biasness on decission, no verification of truth in case of complain, not believing in natural justice , unilateral decission , the worst company culture not Mr Vinay Prakash Sir, rather the immmediate juniors to him

Company Portfolio as well as job security. Now onwards they are going to relaxation for Inter nal Job Posting.It is much better then other MNC company.

In Mundra Adani Petrochemical Complex ( Green PVC Project) which is constructed by Adani Infra. In Adani Infra Admin dept. not that much professional. Accommodation which is provided to us(Shared Container for bachelor)not in staying conditions due to remote location. Connectivity is very poor

Company Culture, Non-professional approach, Work-life balance, Plant location, No proper facilities of housing(very few are there), medical, schooling is there in Mundra, Connectivity to mundra is also very bad, Nearest railway station is Gandhidham which takes 2 hours with limited public transport availability, Nearest airports don't have airport connectivity to many of the locations

Work culture is totally depending on Boss is always right phenomenon. That is only biased with Old employees They are not accepting New Employees and not values their experience because of their Ego in Nature.

i like only one good quality, when any employee unlucky death, that time our Adani group deduction only 200 rs per employee salary, means after employee death This family received a good amount transfer to handle family. it's nice of indirect helping to all employees family.

i really doesn't like and if I told you at my personal opinion,so if you hire any person than taking him on roll. means don't give him third party role, so after that he fill comfortable working zone do to work at our group and he secure his life. please think that
