I'm working here from 2020 to present & I've experienced totally 6+ years, but my salary is very less for my experience & promotion also not in my level. Otherwise I'm happy to working here.

1.Employees are pushed to their limits, rewarded with minimal compensation. 2.Management Frequently Initiates projects without adequate planning, Often Bringing resources whose experience is poorly aligned with work requirements. 3. Which Turns an already complex process in to a Highly Stressful one. 4.The 24/7 support expected frommanagement, in which the project i worked, use to work minimum 15 hours per day. 5. Personal Time is Nearly Non Existent. 6. Except Last Weekend Mandatorily need to support on Saturday and Sunday or else the warning letter will be issued from HR. I really Appreciate that supportive and collaborative work culture at this company everything always willing to help each other out there’s strong sense of teamwork it makes problems solving easier and foster.
