Which Turns an already complex process in to a Highly Stressful one. 4.The 24/7 support expected frommanagement, in which the project i worked, use to work minimum 15 hours per day. 5. Personal Time is Nearly Non Existent. 6. Except Last Weekend Mandatorily need to support on Saturday and Sunday or else the warning letter will be issued from HR.
